Over Labor Day weekend Scott, Maddox, Alex and I drove 300 miles to St. Louis, Missouri. I initially booked this getaway as a gift for Scott. He has always wanted to see his team play at Busch Stadium, so I handed him some tickets and we hit the road for the ultimate ballpark experience. After all, it is one of America's best baseball towns.
However, I quickly discovered that the Gateway to the West is more than a baseball town – it’s a gem! Home to the world-famous Gateway Arch, the St. Louis Zoo, and my new favorite ice-cream shop, Clementine's, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of things to do in this city.
