All the details on Disney's famous Kitchen Sink

Writer's picture: ashleynritchieashleynritchie

I'll keep this post short and sweet. One of our favorite Disney vacation traditions is indulging in the Kitchen Sink a sink-shaped dish overflowing with sweet treats — and let me just say, total dessert goals!

We ordered the famous dessert on our first family trip to Disney World in 2015, went back for round two in 2017, and between us, I already made reservations to satisfy my sweet tooth during our next Disney trip planned for the fall.

Check out all the details on Disney World's ultimate dessert below.

Where can you find it?

How much does it cost?

$35

How many does it feed?

The menu says it feeds four, but I would say it could easily feed six or eight people (especially if there are kids in your group).

What's in it?

½ cup fudge topping, warmed ½ cup butterscotch topping, warmed ½ cup peanut butter topping, warmed 1 medium banana, sliced in 1/2 –inch slices 1 cinnamon spice cupcake (2 ½ x 1 ¼-inch), quartered 1 angel food cupcake (3 x 1 ½-inch), quartered 2 4-oz. scoops vanilla ice cream 2 4-oz. scoops chocolate ice cream 2 4-oz. scoops strawberry ice cream 1 4-oz. scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream 1 4-oz. scoop coffee ice cream 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup ¼ cup marshmallow crème ¼ cup strawberry topping ¼ cup pineapple topping 1 14-oz can dairy whipped topping 1 brownie (6-inch x 6-inch), quartered 1 regular-sized (2 ounce) candy bar, quartered 4 chocolate cookies with cream filling 1 tablespoon sliced toasted almonds 1 tablespoon dark and white chocolate shavings 1 tablespoon chocolate cookies with cream filling, crushed 1 tablespoon chopped jellied orange slices (approximately 2 large slices) 1 tablespoon milk chocolate chip morsels 1 tablespoon peanut butter chip morsels 1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles ½ cup drained maraschino cherries

Anything else I should know?

When you order the Kitchen Sink you get more than just a dessert. Beaches and Cream puts on a whole production. Here's what happens before they drop your treat off at the table: they turn down the main lights, turn on some other flashing lights, and announce to the entire restaurant that the Kitchen Sink is being served — complete with a whole can of whipped cream! Guests then respond, "a whole can?" It's a memory you won't forget.

Are you up for the Kitchen Sink challenge on your next trip to Disney World?
