The Duncan girls are home sweet home for the holidays and it was so special to get to capture these sweet sisters both in and around their charming new place. Plus, there's nothing like dazzling dresses, puffy parkas and jazzy jammies to make your spirits bright. Here's wishing you peace and joy all year long!

Ice cream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! I recently visited the Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) and I'm giving you the inside scoop on San Francisco's sweetest attraction!

MOIC started in 2016 as a pop-up museum. Now, it has a permanent location in the heart of San Francisco's Union Square. The attraction's goal: to unite and inspire the world through imagination (and ice cream). When you walk through the doors you enter a space where anything is possible — think unicorns, cookie carousels and a pool full of sprinkles! The $38 golden ticket gets you access to 10 rooms that inspire play and a whole lot of ice cream! Check out some my favorite interactive installations:

1. Rainbow

Unicorns! Who says they aren't real? The Rainbow installation is decorated with colorful, retro wallpaper and is home to MOIC's unicorns. I posed for a photo with the rare creature and we each enjoyed a juicy fruit popsicle from Paleteria La Michoacana — and they say Disney World is the most magical place on earth.

2. Sprinkle Pool

I don't think swimming in a pool full of sprinkles is on your bucket list until you find out you can actually swim in a pool full of sprinkles — check. The famous Sprinkle Pool installation features a diving board, pool floats, and of course a pool filled with thousands of sprinkles. After waiting in line, Scott and I had the room all to ourselves — did someone say sprinkle pool party? After taking a dip in the pool, you shake off your sprinkles in the sprinkle shower. But, you'll likely have sprinkles falling off you long after the party ends.

3. Cherry on Top

At this point you should be asking, "Can I go to MOIC — pretty please, with a Cherry on Top? While in this shiny installation, a MOIC employee asked Scott what his cherry on top was. His response: me. How sweet, but where's the sundae?

4. Celebration

What better way to celebrate than with unlimited cans of whipped cream, pink balloons, and a video booth? Send a short clip of your time in the Celebration installation to your email and relive this special occasion over and over again. Don't forget to check out my dance moves!

5. Carnival

There's fun for everyone at MOIC's newest installation, Carnival. Step right up and take a ride on a pink animal cookie carousel. Just like a traditional carousel, riders go up and down as music plays. Now that's putting a new spin on a classic!

6. Dream

In Dream, enter a giant room that consists of magnetic walls and make a statement with an abundance of pink letters. Since the word "love" was already created, Scott and I decided to spell out our names underneath. After all, Ashley and Scott does = #truelove. What do you scream for?

Other installations include Vault, Marye's Diner, Gummy Garden, and Mint, where you can try mint chocolate chip mochi ice cream. Mochi ice cream consists of a rice dumpling with ice cream on the inside — delicious! After exploring, museum-goers can commemorate their visit by purchasing a variety of sweet treats, apparel items, accessories and more from the Museum of Ice Cream Shop. They even sell pints of their original flavors of ice cream: Piñata, Sprinkle Pool, Vanillionaire, Chocolate Crush, Cherrylicious, Churro Churro, and Nana bread.

MOIC definitely melted my millennial heart. Remember, you can't buy happiness but you can buy a ticket to the Museum of Ice Cream!
